Although this week Beales Department Store has appointed administrators, we want to reassure you that this will not affect our business or your bookings. The store is open, as is our branch, and we hope you will continue to pop in or call us with your holiday enquiries.
Since Fred. Olsen Travel opened within the Beales store in Bournemouth in 2016, we have been busy growing our business within this town centre store. We want to reassure our customers that your bookings are with Fred. Olsen Travel and protected through us and not financially linked to Beales.
In the event the store itself does close, your bookings will simply move to one of our nearby branches in either Westbourne or Christchurch whilst we look for alternative premises.
January has been very busy for our staff in our Beales branch already, with lots of fantastic holiday bookings and, having just opened our sixth branch along the South Coast in the last five years, Fred. Olsen Travel is very much here to stay - hopefully within the Beales store but, if not, on a high street near you.
