We’re delighted to share some fantastic news from Riviera Travel’s RIV Awards, which took place in London this week - an industry event recognising outstanding travel agents and retail partners across the UK and Ireland.
Kerrie Wilkinson attended the awards on behalf of Fred. Olsen Travel and proudly collected the Top Retail Agent - South East award for Bettina’s Tonbridge shop - a brilliant achievement and well‑deserved recognition for the whole team.
Huge congratulations to Bettina McCue, Jacqui Nocton, Donna Broughton and Pauline Woodruff. This fantastic result reflects your hard work, expertise and continued dedication to delivering great service. The award will be sent to the shop shortly so it can be proudly displayed.
There was further success on the day, with our Felixstowe shop named runner‑up in the East of England category - another excellent achievement. Congratulations to Gemma Hopkins and the team for being recognised among the region’s top performers.
